Scholarships

Apply for Scholarship
Partial scholarships may be offered when funding is available. The intention of these scholarships is to facilitate access to training for those who hold marginalized identities and those experiencing significant financial hardship. Before applying for a scholarship we kindly ask you to consider, if neither of these qualifications applies to you, choosing the payment plan option as an alternative. Scholarship possibilities will be discussed during the admission interview after we receive your application.

Agreements

Tuition Policy*

Tuition payment is due upon acceptance to the program in order to complete your enrollment.
Full payment is due by the enrollment deadline of February 12 or you must be actively on the payment plan.
Non-payment of tuition will result in canceled registration from the course.
A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 is included in tuition pricing.

• $1500 Regular Tuition, paid in full by February 12.
• $1525 Payment Plan, $275 deposit due February 12.

Discounts Available:

• $200 Early Bird Discount, tuition paid by January 12.
• $225 Discount for Current IYTA Members.
• $300 Discount for Active IYINY Teachers.

Directions to complete registration with your tuition payment will be emailed to you after your application has been reviewed.

Refund Policy:
Tuition is refundable, minus the non-refundable $100 administrative fee, up to the enrollment deadline date. For cancellations after the enrollment deadline, tuition is non-refundable – all credits and returns are at the discretion of IYINY.

Payment Plan*
A payment plan option is available to pay tuition in installments over the course of the training. An initial deposit is required by the enrollment deadline date and includes a $25 administrative fee.
Please note: Complete payment of tuition is a requirement for graduation and certification. Late payments are given a one-week grace period. Excessively late payments may result in the student being asked to discontinue coming to class until the overdue balance is paid. If you experience financial difficulty during the training, please contact the administrator to discuss your options.
Admission and Continuation Policy*
Acceptance into the training program is not guaranteed, and is conditional upon the applicant meeting the basic requirements as stated in the training prerequisites. A completed application form and deposit are required for acceptance. Tuition must be paid in full before the training begins, or the student must be actively enrolled in a payment plan.

If an applicant is not accepted into the program, tuition will be refunded. If the student decides to withdraw their application before the enrollment deadline, the administrative deposit fee is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit amount will be returned. Withdrawals after the enrollment deadline are not eligible for refund, but a credit for future training may be issued.

After the training begins, any refund of tuition is contingent upon several factors including but not limited to: length of time in the program, reason for withdrawal or dismissal, return of training materials, intention to complete the training at a later date. Applicants acknowledge that refunds after the training begins are not guaranteed, and will be issued in accordance with the Admission and Continuation Policy.
Photo and Video Release*
I acknowledge that by participating in an online program I may appear in photos or video recordings of the training. I grant to Integral Yoga Institute of New York and its representatives the right to take photographs/video/recordings of me and my property. I authorize Integral Yoga Institute, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
General Enrollment Agreement
I wish to apply as a Teacher Trainee, and I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries to me that may occur during the training. I am in good health, and any physical illnesses or ailments are clearly stated above. I have read and agree to abide by the policies for admission and continuation of the training program. I acknowledge agreement to fulfill all my teacher training requirements to meet Integral Yoga Institute and Yoga Alliance standards in order to receive my certification. I further acknowledge that Integral Yoga Institute reserves the right to withhold certification should my efforts not meet its requirements and standards.

