DESCRIPTION:**This workshop is for certified IYI Teachers only**  \nA specially designed Yoga Therapy practice benefits patients with Parkinson’s disease\, MS and other neuromuscular disorders by helping with mobility\, balance\, strength\, flexibility\, posture\, concentration\, speech\, mood and relaxation. In this workshop for teachers you will experiment with standing and floor Yoga poses and discover modifications that will make them accessible. The practices will incorporate awareness of the breath to improve focus\, create calm and increase energy and will include breath work\, chanting and deep relaxation.

In this training with Reiki Master Rev. Lasksmi\, learn to practice Reiki on yourself and others through light touch\, practice distance healing\, and receive symbols to support self-healing and healing of others. You’ll receive the Reiki Healing Touch Manual and an attunement in Levels 1 and 2.
